We want every plant parent to feel confident ordering from La Tierra Bendita. That’s why every plant comes with a 30-Day Healthy Plant Guarantee.

 

All plants are hand-selected, carefully packaged, and shipped directly from our greenhouse partners. If your plant arrives damaged or doesn’t survive its journey, we’ll replace it for free.

 

As living things, plants may look a little weary after their journey. A few yellow leaves, shifted soil, or a drooping stem are completely normal signs of travel. Most plants bounce back beautifully once they’ve had a few days to adjust to their new space.

 

If your plant arrives with damage that seems more serious than typical transit stress, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’re happy to take a look and make it right. 

 

💡 Plant Care Tip: After unboxing, remove any leaves or stems that were bent or bruised in transit. A light prune helps your plant recover faster and encourages fresh, healthy growth. 

 

Give your plant some time to adjust to it’s new surroundings before repotting. We know it’s tempting to pot your new plant into its beautiful forever home right away, but we recommend waiting about 2–3 weeks before repotting. This gives your plant time to settle in after the stress of transit. Once it’s perked up and showing new growth, you can safely transfer it to a larger pot with proper drainage. 

 

Note: Repotting immediately after delivery may void our Healthy Plant Guarantee, since plants need time to recover from transit before being disturbed.

 

If your order arrives with issues, please email us at hello@latierrabendita.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

 

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged plant and packaging

Refunds and replacements can only be issued for plants that arrive severely damaged or fail to survive their initial shipment.

Orders affected by shipping delays or courier mishandling are not covered under our guarantee, though we’ll always do our best to help.
