Where We Ship

We currently ship anywhere within the contiguous U.S. (48 states).

 

Processing Time

Each plant is picked, cleaned, and packaged with care. Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. Shipping lead times vary nationwide, but with our greenhouse partner’s bi-coastal distribution centers, we aim to keep shipping transit times between 3-7 business days. 

 

Multiple Shipments

Some products may ship separately from different greenhouse or vendor locations, which means your order could arrive in multiple packages on slightly different timelines.

You’ll receive individual tracking updates for each shipment once your items are on their way.


Please note that we don’t have control over any carrier delays or service disruptions once an order has been dispatched.

 

Third-Party & Artisan Products

In addition to our plants, we also offer a curated selection of goods from independent makers and brands that share our values and aesthetic. These items ship directly from the artisan or vendor within our standard delivery window, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

 

Shipping Rates

 

  • Standard Shipping: $8 flat rate.

  • Free Shipping: On orders over $100 (before tax and shipping).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.

Cold Weather Shipping

Plants are sensitive to temperature changes — and we take that seriously.

During colder months (November–April), we highly recommend adding our Winter Plant Shipping Protection if your area’s daytime temperature drops below 50°F.

Cold Weather Guarantee:
If your plant arrives with cold damage despite purchasing winter protection, we’ll replace it for free. Please review our Healthy Plant Guarantee for more details.

Note: While we ship year-round, if your local temperatures fall below 0°F, we may hold your order until it’s safe to ship. You’ll be notified if this happens.

❄️ Orders shipped without Winter Protection that arrive damaged due to cold weather are not eligible for refund or replacement.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

However, once a shipping label or tracking number has been created, we can no longer make changes or cancellations.

 

Returns

Because plants are living things, we can’t accept returns on live plants or planters that arrive healthy and in good condition. Think of it as adopting a new leafy friend 🪴

All plants are hand-selected, carefully packaged, and shipped directly from our greenhouse partners. If your plant arrives damaged or doesn’t survive its journey, please contact us within 30 days, and we’ll make it right with a free replacement.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged plant and packaging
